Cancellation Guidelines
Highest Serenity Bodywork understands and respects the hectic schedules of clients. When given sufficient notice, appointments may be moved, or accommodations may be made.Please understand that operating hours are limited,and I am often booked in advance. There is no charge for cancellations received at least 48 hours in advance. If a clients must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, they may be charged full/partial amount for the session.
This allows the opportunity for someone else to take advantage of the appointment time. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged 50%-100% of your appointment on a progressive scale based on previous cancellation history. This amount will be charged to the card on file or via emailed invoice.
Illness
Highest Serenity Bodywork asks that clients please call/text if they are feeling ill or have a fever. It is in both of our best interests to reschedule appointments in this case.Likewise, please understand if I ask to reschedule because I'm feeling ill.With some medical conditions bodywork may not be advised. If a massage could be potentially harmful to a client,Highest Serenity Bodywork reserves the right to decline to perform the session based on professional discretion.
Waitlist
Clients are encouraged to utilize the Waitlist feature through our Vagaro booking site. This feature alerts you of last minute openings that match your chosen availability. Please be specific with your preferred dates as you may choose as many possible days/times as you would like. To increase your odds of snagging the first available option, please ensure you are receiving notifications via SMS &/or Vagaro App.
No-shows
In the event that a client fails to show up for their appointment without giving notice they will be charged the full amount for the session.Either by utilizing the card on file or an invoice will be sent to the email on file. Future appointments cannot be booked until the balance is paid. I reserve the right to refuse future services after a no call/show.No call/no showing 2 times will result in automatic refusal of future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given,
you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers,
please plan accordingly and be on time.
