Throughout my 20 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have integrated a variety of therapeutic massage techniques into my sessions to ensure effective treatment of the concerns brought to my table. The power of human touch can unlock a lifetime of stories that demonstrate the body's ability to rebuild & remodel. However, at times, the compensations for daily stress, past injuries, & compromised functioning can leave a body in need of a reset.
